There are many factors that affect growth time. But generally Banana's should take about 13 minutes to grow IN SEASON. If players would like to obtain a higher quality, allow for the Banana's to fully turn yellow before harvesting with a Scythe. Consult your Farmer's Almanac if you have questions regarding seasons.
