Banana Pup can be purchased from the Traveling Merchant for $240.00 a seed. Each seed can yields up to 75 bananas if you harvest it at the correct time. Why is Banana a special crop you might ask? Because they can spread in 3x3 area where the original pup is in the middle!
There are many factors that affect growth time. But generally Banana's should take about 90 minutes to grow IN SEASON. If players would like to obtain a higher quality and get 75 bananas, allow for the Banana's to fully turn yellow before harvesting with a Scythe otherwise you'll get 16 bananas. Consult your Farmer's Almanac if you have questions regarding seasons.
