Penelope is an NPC located at Big Jim's Construction. If you talk to her, she will give you a variety of different building plans! Arraying from Coops and Barns to houses like the Small Nordic House and Plantation House! If you're in need of assistance with crate shipment, you're in luck! Penelope also sells Helipad Plans! Don't forget to check out everything she has!
She also has a restraining order on cool_snipers...but we don't talk about that.
