What a glorious hairdo! And quite the beard to compliment it. Bill is the father of Kimmy, and currently has no quest line/lore. He resides in the Northeastern side of the town on a small lumber mill.
Bill can be seen standing next to Carolina, whether he's a panther fan or not, we aren't sure. We do however assume that Carolina is Bill's wife, and Kimmy's mother, but are unsure with the lack of lore.
