The Traveling Merchant is an NPC that occasionally appears next to Town Hall in Farmtown's downtown area. He can be easily identified by the fact that he is inexplicably a snowman with a purple truck. He sells some unique items that cannot be obtained any other way, such as [[Sugar Cane]] seeds. He also sells items you can get from using [[Gold Coins]], or from mining.
