He can be easily identified by the fact that he is inexplicably a snowman with a purple truck. He sells some unique items that cannot be obtained any other way, such as Sugar Cane seeds. He also sells items available from using Gold Coin, or from mining. Examples: Cow Topiary, Electric Rawberry and a Diamond.
